Portugal, “the best destination in the world”, has over 60 nominations in the tourism Oscars.<\/p>\n

Lisbon, Madeira, Algarve, Azores, Sintra and Alqueva shine on the list of World Travel Awards.<\/p>\n

Portugal after several nominations at the World Travel Awards final gala in 2018 and this year set new records in the European prize round, now goes to the “final battle” in November and this time in Oman with 66 nominations.<\/p>\n

Noteworthy is a new attempt by Portugal to revalidate the title of best tourist destination in the world.<\/p>\n

As the best tourist destination, it will certainly be also an excellent wedding destination, already proven by the number of foreign weddings in Portugal.<\/p>\n
